If you’ve been out of town for a while you might think the Gulch is just a bunch of railroad tracks. All that has changed. Across the railroad tracks from downtown and before I-40 is The Gulch, Nashville’s newest neighborhood. It has the largest, most modern high rise condominiums in Nashville. You can enjoy a great view of downtown and step outside your door to some of Nashville’s hippest restaurants. This is the spot for new, urban, and modern. It has Nashville’s largest concentration of glamorous bars and everyone there is within walking distance of a locally owned grocery store with a soup, salad, and hot bar. If your goal is to never have food in your refrigerator and to never turn on your stove, then the Gulch would be your best bet.
