Located just north of Lockeland Springs, this is a neighborhood in East Nashville that has significant appreciation and many renovations over the last eight years. From here you can still walk or bike to Five Points (the commercial hot spot in East Nashville), meander to the Walden/Porter/Rosepepper corner, or jump on the interstate for a quick drive across the river. You’ll see many historic homes, both renovated and not, and the prices are generally a little lower than the three historic neighborhoods of East Nashville. Eastwood Neighbors is quickly gaining on its neighbors and its prices are catching up to theirs.
