The iconic center of Downtown Nashville is Lower Broadway. It contains four blocks of shops, honky tonks, restaurants open late, and the Ryman Auditorium. Across Broadway is the home of the Predators and almost every big name concert, Bridgestone Arena. Sitting on the Cumberland River at the end of Broadway is a huge sculpture from the sadly closed Opryland’s roller coaster that marks Nashville’s downtown city park. Adjacent to this park a riverfront amphitheater is under construction for smaller concerts and symphony performances.
