Highland Heights is a neighborhood in East Nashville located along the Dickerson Pike Corridor and north of Cleveland Park. Highland Heights is named for a school that is now Kipp Academy, a charter school. Many investors have gotten their start as landlords or renovators on its streets. It offers many opportunities to live in an older home in an established, urban neighborhood with sidewalks and trees. It is now also where you can find some of the most affordable new construction in East Nashville. You can also find my parents on a little street called Gatewood or at the neighborhood association’s meetings.
